Mud Pie makes their clothing in sizes 0-6 months, 12-18 months and 2T-3T. Additional sizes may be available in the future. Listed below are the measurements of the industry standard fit models on which Mud Pie bases their infant apparel sizing:

Ordering Questions
Q. The product I want says “Temporarily Out of Stock”. How long before it is available?
A. If the product is listed as out of stock this means that it is not currently in our warehouse. We generally have these items on order and expect them back in stock within 1-3 weeks. If you need the item within a specific time frame, please call us at 1-800-381-1857 to verify the availability.
Q. Can I still order an item even if it is currently out of stock?
A. Yes. You can place an order now for the item and it will ship out just as soon as it is available. If you place an order for an out of stock item, we will email you within 1 business day with the estimated ship date of your order.
Q. What if I order more than one item and one or some of the items are out of stock?
A. Depending upon the size of your order, we will either hold your order and ship all items together or split the order into two shipments. Generally, for smaller orders we will hold your order until all items are in stock – this helps us keep our shipping costs low or even free for you. For larger orders we will split your order and send one shipment first and follow with a second. We will email you within 1 business day to let you know the estimated ship date for your order. If you have special circumstances and need your in-stock items within a certain time frame, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q. I already placed my order, but I would like to add something to it.
A. Orders generally take 1-2 business days to process before they ship, so it may still be possible to add more items. Please call us at 1-800-381-1857 to determine whether or not additional items can be added to your order.
Q. Why didn't I receive a confirmation e-mail of my order?
A. Confirmation emails are automated and most of the time they end up in your spam/junk mail folder. If you don't see the confirmation in your Inbox, please check this folder. If you still can't find it, give us a call and we'll check to see if there is a mistake in your email address and resend it.
Q. How long do I have to cancel an order before it ships?
A. Cancellations are urgent and must be made by phone. The only way to guarantee an order cancellation is to call us at 1-800-381-1857 during business hours within 60 minutes of placing your order. Business hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Pacific time. Any orders canceled after this time frame cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to return postage fees if we have to stop the order in transit with the carrier.
Q. Where can I get a coupon for MyBabyPie.com?
A. When we are offering specials, we advertise the coupon codes directly on our site on a toolbar at the bottom of your browser on the right where it says “Specials”. Click on “Specials” to see all current coupons for the site. Please note that only coupons advertised on MyBabyPie.com are valid coupon codes. Coupons posted on 3rd party websites are often expired and invalid.
Q. Do you offer wholesale accounts?
A. MyBabyPie.com is a division of Specialty Stores, Inc., an authorized retailer of Mud Pie products. We are not the manufacturer of Mud Pie products so we do not sell wholesale.
Q. Do you have any physical retail store locations? Or, can you tell me where I can find these products in a store near me?
A. Specialty Stores, Inc. is an online retailer only and we do not have any physical storefronts of our own. If you are looking for Mud Pie products in a store near you, please contact the manufacturer as we have no information regarding which other retailers carry the same products as us.
Q. Do you have a catalog that you can mail to me?
A. Unfortunately, no. The products we sell are displayed on our website only.

Q. What sizes does the Mud Pie clothing come in?
A. Currently, Mud Pie manufactures their clothing in sizes 0-6 months, 12-18 months and 2T-3T. Some select clothing items are not made in all three sizes as well as shoes, which are limited to 0-6 months and a few 12-18 months. Please refer to our sizing chart for measurements to determine the best fit for your child.

Q. I'm interested in the Initial Baby Collection, but there is no option for my baby's initial. Can I have it special made?
A. Not every letter of the alphabet is offered in the Initial Collection. A select set of initials was chosen for the boy's collection and another select set for the girl's collection based upon the popularity of each initial for boy's and girl's names. We do offer custom personalization of many other Mud Pie clothing items for which you can have any name or initial embroidered on the item.
Shipping Questions
Q. When will my order ship?
A. Most of our items ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days from the time of your purchase. (So if you order on Friday, your order will not leave our warehouse until Monday at the earliest). We will email you your tracking information just as soon as your order ships.
Q. I received my order today, but something was missing. The missing item is not on the packing slip.
A. This usually means there is an item on your order that was out of stock, which will be shipped separately. You should have an email from us regarding the backorder if this is the case, but if you are unsure, give us a call at 1-800-381-1857.
Q. Do you offer overnight shipping?
A. Our fastest shipping option is UPS 2nd Day Air. Please be aware of the processing time it takes for your order to ship (leave our warehouse). Your order will not be able to ship the same day you order it. We try our best to have any 2nd Day Air orders leave our warehouse the next business day from the time of your purchase. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, but USPS will.
Q. What if the country I want to ship to isn't listed when I try to put in my shipping information?
A. Unfortunately, because of the high cost and the low reliability of international shipping we only offer very limited international shipping at this time.
Q. I just received my order and it is wrong.
A. Call us at 1-800-381-1857. As hard as we try, mistakes do happen. We will do our best to fix the problem and get a new order out to you as soon as we can.
Q. My package is showing delivered, but I never got it.
A. As obvious as it may seem, please be sure to check with all of your family members and any neighbors who may have received the package for you, as more often than not, someone simply has forgotten to mention it. If you live in an apartment complex, please be sure to check your reception area as packages are often held there.
If you chose USPS for your shipment method and they have reported delivery confirmation of your shipment, but you still have not received it, please call your local post office with your delivery confirmation number to inquire. The delivery confirmation number can be found in the shipment notification e-mail that is automatically sent to you when your package leaves our warehouse. After taking this step if there is no more information on the package, please call us at 1-800-381-1857 and we will reship your order right away.
If you chose UPS for your shipment method and they have reported delivery confirmation of your shipment, we will file a claim with UPS and reship the package after a 7-10 day investigation period if the package is confirmed as lost or stolen. In many cases, these packages are located at neighbor's homes or tucked away in locations around the house which is why we do not immediately reship.
Q. What if I entered my shipping information incorrectly on my order?
A. Please double check your shipping information when checking out and also in the confirmation invoice of your order that is e-mailed to you directly after placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address and the package is delivered, it cannot be recovered. No refunds are provided for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
If an order with an incorrect address is returned to MyBabyPie.com, we will refund your merchandise cost less the cost forward and return shipping. Or, we would be happy to re-ship it to a correct address with a reshipment postage fee.
Q. I received a shipment notification to my e-mail address, but not all the items I ordered were listed in the e-mail.
A. If you've ordered more than one item, it's possible that one or more of these items is on backorder and will be shipped separately once available. You should have an email regarding the backorder. If you are unsure, please call us for more details at 1-800-381-1857.
Q. Can I order a gift and have it shipped directly to the recipient?
A. Yes. Please just enter the name and address you would like the order to go to in the Shipping Information area at Checkout. You may also add a gift note (recommended), which will be printed on the packing slip. The packing slip will not have prices, billing or credit card information of the purchaser, but will include return instructions. If the recipient would like to make a return we can offer them store credit.
Q. Do you offer gift wrapping?
A. We do not currently offer gift wrap services.

Q. How can I return my order?

Q. What if I just want to exchange an item?
A. Unlike exchanges in physical stores, online exchanges work a little differently. If you wish to return an item in exchange for another, please go to our Returns Policy & Authorization page and fill out the short form at the bottom of the page to proceed with your return. You can choose to receive a Refund (we will waive the restocking fee for an exchange) or a Store Credit + 5% bonus. All refunds and store credits are not issued until our warehouse receives your return in good condition. If you choose to receive a refund, you can reorder the item you want instead at any time with your credit card knowing that you will soon receive the refund to your credit card for the original item you ordered once it is back at our warehouse. If you choose to receive a store credit, you will not be able to place a new order using this store credit until our warehouse receives your original item back and issues the credit in the form Rewards Points to your account.

Q. When can I expect my return to be credited?
